1. Acceptance of Terms

By dancing through our website (or just using it), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t vibe with them, we wish you well on your journey through the digital rainforest.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to join our tribe. If you’re not, get your guardian’s blessing—and maybe ask them for some extra cash while you’re at it.

3. Products & Services

Our merch isn’t mass-produced. It’s custom-made, rooted in tradition, and infused with psychedelic soul. Inspired by the Amazon and made just for you:

• No dusty warehouses.

• No conveyor belts.

• Just fresh, made-to-order jungle drip.

Please allow a few days for your gear to bloom before it ships.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If not, check your spam—or send a parrot to alert us. We accept all major credit cards, but no trading in bananas or tambourines (yet).

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the whims of the universe. Most orders take 10–20 business days, sometimes more if the jungle spirits intervene. Trust the process—your gear will arrive, soul intact.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since each item is made-to-order, we don’t do returns or exchanges—unless we made a mistake or your order shows up looking like it survived a rainstorm and a jaguar attack.

Let us know within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll fix it. Missing orders? You’ve got 30 days after the expected delivery date to claim it.

7. Use of the Site

Be cool. No hacking, no shady stuff. Respect the tribe.

All content is original or properly licensed—honoring tradition without stepping on anyone’s sacred sound. Don’t steal our designs. It’s not only uncool—it’s illegal.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best, but if the site glitches or your shirt takes an unexpected tour of the Andes, we’re not liable for indirect damages. We follow Peruvian laws, and you can always contact us for help.
